Economic Outlook 2010

Topics that remain high on the minds of our clients are the economy, financial regulation, and the intersection of Wall Street and Washington. This year, Leading Authorities is working with some of the brightest minds on these subjects. I've highlighted a few of these leading thinkers--and of course, talented speakers--below:

Jon Corzine--The newest addition to Leading Authorities, the former NJ governor also served as chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs, and a U.S. Senator. Few people have had this kind of experienced insight into the cross roads of Wall Street and Washington.

Matthew Bishop--American business editor and New York bureau chief for The Economist. Bishop is the co-author of the just-released book The Road From Ruin: How to Revive Capitalism and Put America Back on Top. A thought-provoking speaker, Matthew challenges his audiences to think about the role of the U.S. within the scope of the global economy.

Alexis Glick--A familiar face from Fox Business Network, The Today Show, and CNBC, Alexis Glick possesses insight on financial trends, the markets, and investments, plus terrific on-stage presence.

Mark Zandi--Chief economist and cofounder of Moody's Economy.com and an expert on the economic impact of tax and government spending policies. Zandi's insights are among the most sought-after today.

John Sununu--The former Senator from NH, and former member of the Congressional Oversight Panel for TARP funds, John prepares highly customized talks that address the issues the audience cares about most, drilling down into industry specifics.

Matthew Slaughter--A former member of the Council of Economic Advisers in the Executive Office of the President, and expert on market opportunities in Asia, and one of Dartmouth's highest rated professors. Matt's talks are as fun as they are educational.

John Bruton--Former EU Ambassador to the US, and former Prime Minister of Ireland, Bruton offers a unique and witty look at the global political and economic environment. Audiences appreciate his candor and insight.

I look forward to working with you. Please don't hesitate to call me with any questions.
