John Izzo, is the founder of Izzo Consulting Inc. and well known in leadership circles a respected authority and trainer on creative leadership, engagement, performance, retention and corporate culture. He is one of North America's most sought after keynote speakers and was named by Incentive Magazine as one of the people most likely to become "The Next Tom Peters".
His newest book "Values-Shift: The New Work Ethic and What it Means for Business" dentifies six major shifts in terms of what people expect from work and provides strategies for attracting and retaining North America's talent. His work has been featured on ABC World News, CNN, Newsday, Bloomberg and numerous international print media including INC. Dr. Izzo academic credits include dual masters degrees in Theology and Organizational Psychology from McCormick Seminary and the University of Chicago respectively. Dr. Izzo obtained his Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Kent State University.
